Sony has introduced its top-tier smart TV, the Bravia 9 series, in India. This flagship model features Mini LED technology with XR Backlight Master Drive, an advanced AI Processor XR, and is optimized for PlayStation 5.
According to the company, the Bravia 9 series is built to elevate home entertainment with cutting-edge display technology. It offers enhanced brightness, contrast, and color accuracy, delivering a superior viewing experience.

The Sony Bravia 9 series 4K smart TVs come in 75-inch and 85-inch models, both featuring Google TV and Mini LED LCD displays with a resolution of 2,160×3,840 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The TVs have slim bezels and a stylish steel stand with a metallic finish. They also include Sony’s XR Backlight Master Drive and XR Contrast Booster 30, which enhance colors, powered by the AI-driven XR processor for improved color accuracy using XR Triluminos Pro and Live Colour technology.
These TVs are equipped with XR Clear Image 4K upscaling and XR Motion Clarity to reduce motion blur, while X-Anti Reflection minimizes glare, and X-Wide Angle ensures vibrant colors from any viewing angle. The Bravia 9 series offers two screen sizes: 189 cm (75 inches) and 215 cm (85 inches). The 75-inch model is priced at ₹4,49,990, while the 85-inch model is available for ₹5,99,990.
